Church Centre Redevelopment: The Link
Without vision, the people perish. (Proverbs 29:18)
Our goal is to be a welcoming centre for the community, enabling
outreach and service. Our church centre, most of which was built in the 1950's, is currently
undergoing redevelopment to enable us to continue and expand our services to our
community. After a superb fund-raising effort and some significant bequests and donations,
we have essentially achieved our $1.8 million target for this
major project. Our challenge now is to ensure that the running costs can be met, so the fund-raising committee will continue in the short term and
your financial contributions are still welcomed.
The new centre has been named The Link - this is both a reference to our interaction with our community and a reminder of our heritage,
having provided Link House for many years as a social service facility to Hamilton.
